NOTICE ON MONITORING OR RECORDING OF TELEPHONE CALLS AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) advises that any telephone calls, e-mails or other communication between yourself and the FIC may be recorded or monitored. The objective of this is to retain evidence of a particular interaction between ourselves, as well as for quality control and the training of staff by the FIC. Using the FIC’s communication channels means you acknowledge and agree to this recording and monitoring.

FRAUD HOTLINE NOTICE

Please note that the hotline number must only be used as a whistleblowing line to report improper conduct involving FIC staff members. The hotline number may not be used to report incidents relating to scam e-mails or messages. Please click here to read more about reporting scams.
