INVITATION OF SUBMISSIONS ON DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORIST FINANCING CONTROL REGULATIONS
The Minister of Finance, Mr Enoch Godongwana, MP, is inviting written submissions from the public on the draft amendments to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Control Regulations (Regulations).
