Public compliance communication (PCC) provides guidance in relation to a number of matters concerning compliance with the obligations in terms of the FIC Act. Guidance provided by the FIC is authoritative in nature and must be considered when interpreting the provisions of the FIC Act and assessing compliance with obligations imposed by the FIC Act.
